This collection includes EU-available e-bikes where the manufacturer specifies a Yes for Removable Battery and which have a Step-Over or Step-Through frame. Results are sorted by price (lowest first). Removable battery designs vary between models. Some slide out from the downtube, some unlock from a rear rack, and some detach from under the seat. The ease of removal and the weight of the battery itself differ significantly. When comparing, also note the battery capacity in Wh (which determines range) and whether the frame style suits your intended use.
